As training is my job, and 80% of my day, every day, it can quite easily become monotonous. That’s why I love finding new and exciting ways of keeping fit and challenging my body. I recently tried a session at Drenched and loved every second of it. Completely different to what I’m used to and I can honestly say, the name describes it to a tee, what a workout! I’ll definitely be back!
Drenched. The name says it all, expect to sweat in this high intensity, fun-filled group class. This form of training aims at improving your fitness, speed, and strength. While the boxing bag work increases your agility and coordination. Overall, an awesome workout which helped me work on my cardiovascular fitness and strength! Now I’m ready to race!
