Drenched. The name says it all, expect to sweat in this high intensity, fun-filled group class. This form of training aims at improving your fitness, speed, and strength. While the boxing bag work increases your agility and coordination. Overall, an awesome workout which helped me work on my cardiovascular fitness and strength! Now I’m ready to race!

DRENCHED WORKOUT

WHY BOXING?

Boxing isn’t reserved for the ring anymore. The workout tackles multiple muscle groups. Punching stuff feels real good, too. Burn between 700 – 1500 calories.

WHY HIIT?

Go all out and give it 100% effort with short, intense bursts of exercise. These workouts burn more fat than steady cardio workouts.

WHY HEATED?

Turning up the level of your workout in a heated room burns even more calories because your body has to work harder to cool down. Non-heated classes are also offered.
